Where do we drop off our luggage

Our Guest Porter Will be waiting for you to arrive into London at your designated railway station and you will be sent a link by email and text with directions to his exact location in the terminal when you have a confirmed booking.

What’s the cost of your service

£30 for pick up, storage and delivery of any sized bag and £10 for each additional bag

Where is our luggage stored when I drop it off with your guest porter

When you drop off your luggage it will be security tagged by our porter at the station and our delivery team will pick up and store it at our Marylebone Office until you’re ready to check-in..

Can I leave valuables and passports with the luggage

Please be advised that valuables, including electronics and travel documents, are stored at your own risk. Each of our bags are insured for £1000 for theft and damage, but we recommend guests to keep their travel documents and passports with them.

How safe is our luggage

The safety and security of your luggage is our primary concern, that’s why each bag is given it’s own unique security tag when we collect. As soon as it arrives at our manned luggage store in Marylebone, you will receive a notification and is tracked every part of the journey to your Airbnb.

How many bags can I store

You can store up to 5 bags in anyone booking.

Can I store other items such as outsize luggage

We can arrange for larger items to be stored such as bikes and surf boards by special arrangement. Please email our customer services team on

What happens when I’m ready to check-in

Once you’re ready to check-in you can reply to our text with the letter D or alternatively log into your account and press deliver. Your luggage will arrive within one hour so make sure that you will be there to accept delivery

What happens if I don’t make it back to my Airbnb on time to receive my luggage

We recommend requesting delivery only when you have checked in to your Airbnb, as our delivery team will not be able to wait for more than 5 minutes. We state delivery within 1 hr from your deliver instructions, but it can be sooner. If you have to make a change after requesting your luggage, email us immediately on and we will try and accommodate your changed time.

Guest Packs

What is the cost and how do I add one to my luggage delivery; once you have booked in your luggage you will be directed to a Guest Pack page where you can add one of our selection of grocery or special delivery items, which range in cost from £15. Click on View under each Pack and you will see a break-down of each item in the basket

Can I book luggage and gift packs before I know where I’m staying

Yes, provided you know which station you’re arriving into to. (At present we collect from St Pancras, Victoria and Paddington.) Just give us the date and approximate time you are arriving and click Proceed. Once you have made your booking, you can log back in and give us your details or even let our Guest Porter know at the station.

What happens if my flight gets cancelled or delayed.

You can log on and change your arrival time and date at any time or email our customer services team on

What’s the latest time can I request delivery of my luggage for check-in

Our office is open from 9 to 6pm. Any requests for luggage delivery must be before 5.30pm

Is Guest Porter only in London

At present we are only in London, but expect to be in multiple city’s in the near future

If you’re arriving into Gatwick Airport and are taking the train to Victoria Rail Station, then please note that our Porter Meet Point is the Taxi Pick Up point, on the first floor, above platforms 13 and 14 (the arrival platforms for Gatwick Express. ). Take the escalator on these platforms to the first floor and exit barrier. Our Porter will be standing by the pay station you can see on this photo: If you arrive into London by Southern Rail, you will need to exit the platform( 15-19) and take the escalator to the same point.


If you are arriving into London Paddington Station using the Heathrow Express you will arrive into Platform 7. Exit barrier and follow the black signs on the floor for Taxi’s (marked on the floor - See Photo) to the first floor via the escalator to the TAXI DROP OFF where our Porter will be waiting. (See Photo). If you have taken any other train from Heathrow it will arrive into Platform 11/12. Follow the same instructions to first floor Taxi Drop off point.


Our Porter will be waiting for you at the above Drop Off Points at the ETA you have informed us of. Please allow 10 minutes waiting time for bad traffic in London. If you have not informed us of your ETA, text, call  or whatsapp us on arrival on the same Mobile Number +44 (0)7572006270 and we will endeavour to get your pick up point within 20 minutes.


Once you’ve arrived, our Porter will scan your  QR CODE and print a security tag which will seal your bag and take them back to our Marylebone storage (48 Blandford Street, London, W1U 7HU).     An email confirming your luggage has been taken into our care will then be sent to your email address, together with a text to your mobile.


Now that you are free of  luggage, enjoy London and when you are ready to check in to your Property, just login and click deliver or text “D” in response to our text messages and we will deliver your luggage and any add on Guest Packs within 90 Minutes. (Normally within 1hr) We will even send you a tracking code, as soon as your bags are on the way back to you so you can see exactly what time they will arrive.
